At Mittimantra, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery
- Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Return Process:
- Email us at @mittimantraart.art@gmail.com or call +917665624491 within 7 days of receiving the product
- Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item
2. Refunds
- Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier

4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again
- Then contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at @mittimantra.art@gmail.com
